3️⃣1️⃣ December, on New Year's Eve, we will meet at the writers' bar with a carnival. Anyone can come: a writer, a musician, a singer or a coach. Attendance is free, but you must wear a costume, mask or make-up to portray a character from a book or movie. The best-dressed guest will be awarded with a ten-dollar voucher to the Writers' Bar. The administration of the Writers' Bar will identify the winner on the spot.

Writers' bar H2S04 is located in Tbilisi, at Sion 8 (in the historical building of the old caravanserai). The concept and design of the bar is related to the first futuristic-Dadaist magazine in Georgia. The interior of the bar is completely decorated with this aesthetic.
