Psychological Safety and the Work Environment

As part of the lecture series “Organizational Wellbeing: Psychological Aspects of Management”, the Academy of Thinking will host a salon-style talk with Maia Khositashvili.

Since the pandemic, the importance of mental health within organizations has become increasingly evident. Professionals involved in managing companies and teams have clearly recognized the close link between business performance and employee wellbeing.

Research shows that mental health challenges directly impact business outcomes through decreased productivity and financial losses.

During the session, we will explore what defines individual wellbeing, what is essential for organizational health and productivity, and ultimately, how to align work efficiency with human wellbeing.

• The connection between psychological safety and ISO 45003 standards within the context of occupational health and safety management.
