The Academy of Thinking will host a training session with psychologist Marina Kacharava.
Burnout is a state of physical, mental, and psycho-emotional exhaustion caused by prolonged stress — a complex of both psychological and physical issues.
The Academy offers a 4-day training, which will combine theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical work.
Participants will:
Work on stress management and learn methods for releasing it
Develop preventive strategies for avoiding professional and emotional burnout
Engage in various activities to release tension from the work year, let go of negative emotions, and restore mental, emotional, and physical energy
Guests will enjoy a buffet and a pleasant environment.
