Presentation of the project "Comments of Juvenile Justice Code"

The head of the project - Levan Darbaidze, affiliated professor of the Caucasus University and judge of the Gori District Court, will work on "Comments on the Juvenile Justice Code"; Eka Areshidze - Tbilisi City Court judge and Renate Winter, Austrian judge at the Special Court of Sierra Leone and expert in family law, juvenile justice systems, women's justice. She is a founding member of the International Institute for Children's Rights (IDE). The coordinator of the project is the affiliated professor of the Caucasus University, the head of the undergraduate, master's and doctoral programs of law - Levan Mosakhlishvili. The purpose of the presentation is to ensure the involvement of state agencies and non-governmental organizations in the development of comments
