Description

Karina Kushati is a contestant of The Voice of Georgia, a semi-finalist of the culinary show Chefs League, a businesswoman, singer, and creative artist. An Ossetian from Beslan who moved to Georgia, learned the Georgian language, and today bridges business, culture, and creativity. Karina develops culinary projects — Ossetian khachapuri bakeries and the import of Ossetian beer — while also pursuing her own musical journey.

This week, Karina invites you to a special, intimate evening. The program features Ossetian and Georgian folk, popular, and classical songs. Karina will sing, play the Ossetian accordion and guitar, and share music, stories, and personal emotions.

During the intermission, guests will enjoy a buffet featuring Ossetian khachapuri baked by Karina’s mother, who has arrived especially from Beslan, as well as authentic Ossetian beer.

Joining Karina on stage this evening will be her close friends and family members: People’s Artist of Georgia Dimitri Kisishvili, Karina’s sister Kamila Kushati, close friends — vocalists and instrumentalists Anastasia AlaniaTamriko PirogovaSaoromi, dancer and choreographer, head of the Eristoba ensemble Temo Zangurashvili with his warm and loving family, as well as Omekhi Chkhapelia — Karina’s friend, a talented entrepreneur and musician.

An engaging and diverse program awaits you — the music of two cultures, heartfelt conversations, and a special atmosphere where guests become part of the evening.

We look forward to seeing you. This will be an evening you’ll remember for a long time.

Location

Tbilisi
Tbilisi is the capital and the largest city of Georgia, lying on the banks of the Kura River with a population of around 1.2 million people. Tbilisi was founded in the fifth century AD by Vakhtang I of Iberia, and since then has served as the capital of various Georgian kingdoms and republics. Because of its location at the crossroads between Europe and Asia, and its proximity to the lucrative Silk Road, throughout history, Tbilisi has been a point of contention among various global powers. To this day, the city's location ensures its position as an important transit route for energy and trade projects. Tbilisi's history is reflected in its architecture, which is a mix of medieval, neoclassical, Beaux Arts, Art Nouveau, Stalinist, and Modern structures. Historically, Tbilisi has been home to people of multiple cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, though its population is overwhelmingly Eastern Orthodox Christian.
