As part of the “Organizational Wellbeing” lecture series at the Academy of Thinking, a salon-style conversation will be held with the school’s academic director, Paata Papava.
Topic: “Values-Based Organizational Wellbeing”
The lecture will explore the role of organizational values and how they impact both internal team climate and the quality of collaboration and outcomes.
In modern practice, values are often listed in documents or visual identities — yet their true impact emerges only when deeply embedded into everyday behavior and relationship culture.
The focus will be on how values shape behavioral frameworks within organizations — how we treat each other, how we collaborate, our work ethic, and mutual respect.
The lecture will analyze how values affect both individual and collective wellbeing, and how that connects to achieving organizational goals.
Using core values such as responsibility, transparency, integrity, fairness, innovation, and creativity, the session will explore practical strategies for bringing values to life within organizational practice.
Special attention will be paid to strategies used by effective leaders to integrate values into daily work and align them with overall operations.
