As part of the lecture series “Organizational Well-Being: Psychological Aspects of Management” at the Academy of Thinking, a salon-style discussion will be held with Aleksandre Jejelava.
“When we talk about organizational well-being, we refer to employees’ well-being — one of the central pillars of an organization’s success. Many managers and founders who recognize the importance of this topic try to do everything possible to ensure people feel good, and therefore the organization thrives.
However, today it’s important to understand that for people of different generations — Gen X, Gen Y (Millennials), and Gen Z — organizational well-being means very different things and is achieved in different ways.
During the meeting on October 24 at the Academy of Thinking, we’ll discuss what organizational well-being means in the language of each generation and how managers and founders can achieve ‘well-being for all’ despite differing needs.”
A light buffet and pleasant atmosphere will be provided.
Duration: 2–3 hours.
