On July 29, Tuesday, at 19:30, you are invited to a therapeutic evening at Lumos, guided by Tamara and Miro — specialists in Eastern, manual, and holistic therapy.
Participation fee: 70 GEL
What to expect during the session:
The first part will focus on body-oriented therapy, including:
Group meditation to open the heart, accompanied by a South American ritual mantra
Kundalini yoga with breath and movement
Activation of the body's 12 meridians and energy flow, with focus on the heart meridian and the thymus gland (also known as the happiness gland)
Harmonization of the space, uniting energy through touch, and mutual acceptance
Dance and movement therapy
Final relaxation with freeing movements to return to natural breathing rhythm
About dance and movement therapy:
“Dance until you shatter the self. Dance with your soul.” — Rumi
Dance movement therapy is an active form of meditation, a method of expressing emotions through the body and releasing psychological, emotional, and mental blockages using creative movement and dance. It is based on the connection between movement and emotion as a path to personal integration and self-awareness.
The session will conclude with the healing vibrations of the Australian therapeutic instrument — the didgeridoo.
Benefits of didgeridoo vibrations:
Harmonizes the function of internal organs and restores natural body rhythms
High-frequency sound waves positively affect the central nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and light trance
Vibrations influence the body’s fluids:
improve blood circulation
enhance oxygen delivery to tissues
reduce pain
induce muscular relaxation
