A salon-style discussion with psychologist Nino Buadze will take place at the Academy of Thinking.
The meeting will focus on how a child’s self-esteem and motivation are shaped through the everyday reactions of adults — parents and educators. We will explore why an adult becomes a “mirror” for a child and how a single word or attitude can either strengthen or damage a child’s inner foundations. The discussion will distinguish between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, examine mechanisms of influence, and highlight practical responses that truly support the development of self-confidence in children.
A light buffet and a pleasant atmosphere will be provided.
Duration: 2–3 hours
