Description

Within the Women in Business (WiB) program, a special event for women entrepreneurs will be held on March 17 at ProCredit Bank.

The event is designed for women who own their own businesses or hold leadership roles in company management, regardless of the size of the company or its stage of development.

The keynote speaker will be Tinatin Rukhadze, Managing Partner at ACT Global.
Her masterclass “Dare to Grow!” will explore the power of choice and the inner transformation that first changes the leader and then the business itself. It is about having the courage to think bigger, act boldly, and truly be who you are.

The event will also include:

  • an overview of the opportunities within the Women in Business (WiB) program

  • a presentation of available financial instruments

  • an open dialogue with participants

Participation is free, but registration is required as seats are limited.

The Women in Business (WiB) program is one of the key initiatives supporting women’s economic empowerment, implemented through the cooperation of ProCredit Bank, the European Union, Sweden, and the EBRD.

Through this program, ProCredit Bank has already invested more than €4 million in women-led businesses.

Location

Tbilisi
Tbilisi is the capital and the largest city of Georgia, lying on the banks of the Kura River with a population of around 1.2 million people. Tbilisi was founded in the fifth century AD by Vakhtang I of Iberia, and since then has served as the capital of various Georgian kingdoms and republics. Because of its location at the crossroads between Europe and Asia, and its proximity to the lucrative Silk Road, throughout history, Tbilisi has been a point of contention among various global powers. To this day, the city's location ensures its position as an important transit route for energy and trade projects. Tbilisi's history is reflected in its architecture, which is a mix of medieval, neoclassical, Beaux Arts, Art Nouveau, Stalinist, and Modern structures. Historically, Tbilisi has been home to people of multiple cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, though its population is overwhelmingly Eastern Orthodox Christian.
