Diego Buttiglione, born in Bari on July 26, 1995, initially pursued a ballet career, performing worldwide. After an ankle injury ended his dancing journey in 2022, he fully dedicated himself to gastronomy.
In 2023, he founded Gioia Mia, bringing high-quality Italian products to Georgia. Later that year, he made history as the first foreign finalist on MasterChef Georgia, marking his official transition into the culinary world. Today, he shares his expertise as a professor at UG Culinary Academy.
