Ketevan Kemoklidze

Ketevan Kemoklidze is one of the most distinguished representatives of the new generation of Georgian vocalists. She is a graduate of the Accademia Teatro alla Scala in Milan and the Tbilisi State Conservatoire, where she received her Doctor of Musical Arts degree in 2023.

She performs on leading international stages and participates in prestigious festivals worldwide. The mezzo-soprano is a laureate of numerous major competitions, including Plácido Domingo’s Operalia, as well as contests in Toulouse, Barcelona, Belvedere, the Elena Obraztsova Competition, and the Georgian Musicians-Performers Competition.

Her discography includes: Rossini’s The Barber of Seville, Gounod’s Romeo and Juliet and Faust, Verdi’s Otello, the Berlin Opera Gala, Massenet’s Thaïs, Strauss’s Salome, Mendelssohn’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She also received significant acclaim for her performance as Adriana Ferrarise (Donna Elvira) in the film Io, Don Giovanni by legendary Spanish director Carlos Saura.

Andrés Salado is one of today’s most compelling and sought-after conductors, with a vibrant artistic career. In symphonic and operatic music, he holds leading positions with major orchestras in Spain and is steadily gaining international recognition.

He divides his time between conducting and teaching, driven by a constant desire to push boundaries in classical music and to forge profound connections between art, performer, and audience.

Andrés Salado is the Principal Conductor of the Vallès Symphony Orchestra and the Artistic Director of the National Symphony Orchestra of Costa Rica.
