Roman Krasnovsky, an organist of Ukrainian origin, emigrated to Israel in 1990. Over the years, he has served as Assistant Professor at the Rubin Academy of Music and Dance in Jerusalem, and he is currently a professor at the Karmiel Conservatory.
He performs in Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, the USA, and gives masterclasses within various organ programs and courses.
His repertoire spans a broad range — from the Baroque and Classical eras to Romanticism and 21st-century music. He is also the founder of the regular “Organ Concert Series.”
Roman Krasnovsky’s concert in Tbilisi will be performed on a three-manual, 40-stop organ by Alexander Schuke Potsdam— the only concert organ in Georgia, inaugurated in the Grand Hall of the Tbilisi State Conservatoire in 1963.
