Malbec Masterclass

A Malbec masterclass for wine lovers will take place at Gastronome Wines & Spirits, where you’ll explore one of the most famous red grape varieties.

Although Malbec originates from France, its finest expression is found in Argentina, where high-altitude vineyards give the wine intense aromas and balanced structure.

During the tasting, you will try four different styles of Malbec:

1. DiamAndes Malbec — a classic Argentine Malbec representing the typical expression of the variety
2. DiamAndes Malbec–Syrah — a blend with fruity notes and aromatic spices
3. Catena Zapata Malbec — from one of Argentina’s most renowned producers, more concentrated and complex
4. Catena Zapata Nicasia Vineyard Malbec — from Uco Valley, expressing depth and terroir character
