Lecture with a Glass of Wine: Rembrandt

The personality of the great Dutch master Rembrandt van Rijn is surrounded by stereotypes and legends.

At the event, we’ll separate fact from fiction, talk about the artist’s life and work, explore his most famous paintings, uncover their deeper meanings, and learn how and why a once-successful, in-demand, and wealthy artist led himself to bankruptcy.

The lecture will be given by Pasha Rost — a painter, illustrator, and graduate of the Florence Academy of Art, Faculty of Academic Painting.
