Lecture — “Secrets of Georgian Farming” & Product Tasting
This time in our lecture series, organic farmer Gevorgi will be our guest speaker.
During the lecture, he will share his personal story and talk about the challenges of organic farming, as well as the difficulties faced by entrepreneurs focused on healthy, sustainable products. He will also present what is grown on his farm, the principles behind his work, and the other projects he is currently developing.
After the lecture, guests will enjoy a tasting of farm products — hazelnut milk and condensed milk, praline, and kombucha.
Gevorgi’s farm is located in mountainous Imereti, about a three-hour drive from Tbilisi.
