A dreamlike film, a film that feels like an auditory hallucination, a film that film critic Anton Dolin suggested should not be called a film at all, but rather something else: an object, a project...
Jessica, an orchid cultivation specialist, arrives in Colombia to care for her sister, who is very weak and constantly sleeping. But Jessica herself is also losing her peace — she is haunted by a strange sound, resembling either an explosion or a powerful blow, which disturbs her and robs her of sleep. As she tries to understand its origin, the protagonist increasingly loses touch with what is considered reality.
The meeting will be hosted by philosopher and film scholar (and co-founder of the cinema) Varya Vlasova.
