Kartli in Sadzvele — Wine & Cuisine Festival

A regional eno-gastronomic experience in one of Tbilisi’s historic spaces!
The festival brings together Kartli winemakers, farmers, and chefs who will offer guests authentic Kartli wines and traditional regional dishes.

The event aims to promote regional heritage, support local producers, and create a high-quality, culturally rich gastronomic atmosphere for visitors.

Professor Davit Chichua will lead a masterclass on rare Kartli grape varieties, featuring wines produced at the Jighaura Research Center.

Sommelier of the Year 2025, Saba Kitiashvili, will host a masterclass presenting a curated selection of Kartli wines crafted specifically for the festival.

Chef Giorgi Manjavidze (Manji) will offer a burger infused with Kartli flavors, made with products from the bio-farmers of Elkana — a dish perfect for enriching your New Year festive table.

Doors open at 13:00, the event begins at 14:00.

The ticket includes wine tasting and a complimentary wine glass.

The festival is supported by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources, the National Wine Agency, Tbilisi City Hall, the Association of Gastronomic & Rural Tourism, and the VINEMO Wine School.
