Day description:
Inner Farm Talks – the largest event of the year for mental well-being, organized by Inner and Kiketi Farm, hosted by Lika Evgenidze.
The event will bring together leading professionals in the field and those for whom mental health care is important in the environment of Kiketi Farm.
In synthesis with the natural environment, you will find different spaces for sharing knowledge and gaining new experiences.
On the main stage, you will meet professionals in the field who will help you gain more information about the importance of mental health from a different perspective.
In addition to the main speeches, thematic zones will be located on the territory, where you can personally experience guided practices such as: sound therapy, yoga, art therapy, mindfulness and breathing practices, group sessions of mythodrama, meetings with psychologists and listen to other people's stories in the storytelling space.
A special guest of the event will be a Japanese-born sound healer and vibrational therapy practitioner – Kenji Azuma. His practice combines meditation, energy work and the idea that sound is not only a musical experience, but also a tool for regulating the body, nervous system and consciousness.
