The play tells the story of the tragedy of three families unfolding against the backdrop of events in Nazi Germany. What happens to ordinary citizens, ordinary people, when the regime rages behind the door?! The destruction of trust, respect, relationships and love against the backdrop of fear and total hopelessness - these are the themes that the play tells us about.
