Team coaching: The foundation

The course is accredited by EMCC and ICF.The training includes 37 hours, of which 13 hours are intended for independent practice and self-reflection. And 24 hours (3 days in intensive format) is a contact hour, which includes both theoretical and practical work, reflection and feedback with the involvement of a trainer and practical coaches.The course is intended for business leaders, team leaders, department heads, facilitators, trainers, coaches, HR leaders and professionals whose goal is to work with teams, support teams and thereby grow and develop businesses. Knowledge of coaching competencies is not required for this module.The author of the program is Clutterbuck Coaching & Mentoring International (CCMI), which is the leading British organization in the field of coaching and mentoring. CCMI's training programs and services are widely represented in different countries of the world. The partner network includes more than 50 representative offices in Europe, Asia and America. The organization has a 45-year history of scientific research and coaching culture. Its founder is Professor David Clutterbuck, who is one of the founders of team coaching and co-founder of EMCC.
