Join Salome (Sali) Dumbadze—certified life coach and PhD candidate in Positive Psychology - for a structured, supportive evening designed to turn "I’ll do it tomorrow" into "Done."
What to Expect:
This isn't just a co-working session. It’s a guided experience rooted in psychology to help you break through the mental blocks of avoidance.
The Workshop: A short dive into psychology-based tools to understand why we avoid certain tasks.
The Application: A guided focus session to gently move you into an "action" mindset and apply rhe techniques learnt.
The Work: A dedicated co-working block to actually complete your tasks with accountability and support. Do the things you've been postponing - projects, taxes, applications, paperwork, or whatever has been sitting on your dreaded to-do list for weeks.
The Vibe:
No Pressure: Work at your own pace.
No Shaming: This is a judgment-free zone.
Total Support: Gain clarity and structure in a room full of people in the same boat.
