You will see with your own eyes how the green coffee bean roasting process works and learn why beans from Brazil and Kenya differ so significantly.
At the end, you will take part in a cupping — a professional tasting of unique coffee varieties — followed by an interactive session where participants will pack freshly roasted coffee beans themselves.
The tour will be conducted by the Shavi roasting team — partly in Russian and partly in English.
We recommend registering in advance: the Shavi production facility is located in a restricted area, so participants’ full names and ID or passport numbers must be provided no later than 2 days before the tour.
