As part of the lecture series “Personal Development and Quality of Life” at the Academy of Thinking, a salon-style discussion will be held with psychologist and psychotherapist Ana Gvinianidze.
The meeting will explore:
how to recognize and befriend your emotions;
why maintaining personal boundaries is important and how to do so in a healthy way;
how to build a positive relationship with yourself;
the role of self-awareness and self-care in improving quality of life.
This conversation will help participants gain a deeper understanding of their emotional world, develop healthier habits, and see that getting to know yourself is the greatest investment in your future.
Attendance is available both in person and online.
