Design thinking is a leading model in modern HR, based on an employee-centered approach. It views employees as "customers" and creates solutions tailored to their needs.

The model includes six key areas: recruitment, onboarding, training and development, evaluation, leadership development, and employee experience design. Each area is individually adapted based on departments, roles, and personal characteristics.

During the training, we will discuss best practices and the importance of quickly adapting this model.
