“Discover Your Parts” is an emotional and intensive full-day experience where you’ll work with your fears, inner blocks, and your true self.
With the help of group support, creative techniques, and body-oriented methods, you’ll move toward the place where change begins.

– Recognizing internal blocks
– Behavioral patterns and self-sabotage
– First steps toward transformation
