J&J Training Center presents an advanced practical course, “Construction Law — Advanced Practice,” led by construction law expert Nina Julakidze.

In June 2026, the 24-hour “Construction Law ABC” course was successfully completed. Even while the course was underway, it became clear that certain topics required significantly more time and in-depth practical examination.

⚡ While the ABC course approached the key aspects of architecture and municipal inspection as part of an integrated system, Advanced Practice will explore these two areas in greater depth, based on an analysis of administrative authority and court practice.

The topics included in the syllabus have been selected based on their current relevance and cover the legal issues and challenging cases that lawyers, architects, developers, and project managers working in the construction industry encounter in their day-to-day professional practice.
