💼 The program is built around carefully selected court decisions and real legal challenges from professional practice, providing participants with in-depth analysis, discussion, and practical insights.

📌 This is a space where law is explored through real-life cases, judicial practice, professional experience, and the legal questions lawyers encounter in their everyday work.

• Nina Julakidze — Attorney specializing in construction and real estate law

🧩 This is not a traditional training course. It is a professional discussion designed for those who want to examine construction contracts not only from the perspective of contract law but also through the lens of construction processes, judicial practice, and real dispute resolution.
