💡 The Academy of Thinking will host a salon-style discussion titled “Communication with Yourself: Criticism or Support?”, led by psychologist and psychotherapist Irine Tabutsidze.
➡️ People make mistakes, go through crises, fail, and stand up again. This is often the natural path of personal development. At such moments, the most important question becomes: when things do not go as planned, how do we talk to ourselves?
Do we criticize ourselves? Blame ourselves? Or are we able to support ourselves?
➡️ During the meeting, participants will explore how our inner voice influences our decisions, emotional state, and pace of development. We will discuss how internal criticism can be transformed into a conscious, growth-oriented dialogue.
The discussion will draw on the approaches of two influential thinkers:
Eric Berne’s Transactional Analysis
and Robert Dilts’ Neurological Levels Pyramid.
➡️ Together we will identify the behavioral strategies we tend to use, understand where the real challenges lie, and explore how solutions can be found more quickly and effectively.
🍰 Guests will enjoy a light buffet and a pleasant atmosphere.
Duration: 2–3 hours.
