This course is designed for those who want to gain a real profession, practical knowledge, and learn modern working methods — both for employment opportunities and for starting their own business.

During the 12-session training program, participants will learn:
✔ modern professional cleaning methods
✔ proper and safe use of cleaning chemicals
✔ professional maintenance of residential and commercial spaces
✔ treatment of difficult surfaces and stain removal
✔ international standards and service culture
✔ client communication and business management basics

The course combines theoretical knowledge with practical training, helping participants apply their skills in real working environments.

After completing the course, participants will be able to:

  • work professionally in the cleaning industry
  • independently provide cleaning services
  • develop their own cleaning service or company
  • offer services that meet international standards

After successfully passing the final exam, participants will receive a bilingual certificate confirming course completion and professional knowledge, suitable for employment in hotels and international organizations.
