Renowned for his refined expertise in Michelin-starred gastronomy and for creating extraordinary wine and food pairings, Guilloteau is celebrated for transforming wine tasting into a true sensory experience. For this exclusive event, he will personally curate and lead a sophisticated tasting of carefully selected Georgian and European wines, each paired with dishes designed to highlight the depth, structure, and character of every wine. He also is President of the Nice Côte d’Azur Provence Sommeliers Association, Master Sommelier of the French Sommellerie Union, and Saké Sommelier.
