For five months now, a charity support group has been meeting every Thursday at Frame, where we learn how to cope with challenges, share experiences, and find new sources of support through communication with each other.
The format is semi-open: before the first meeting, it’s important to have a call with the facilitator to discuss the rules and expectations, and to join the group chat. To be added, you can message Evgeny directly at @utyzvf. You can attend regularly or from time to time — the group composition changes, but the chat helps everyone stay connected.
The group is led by Evgeny Glushchenko, a certified Psychological First Aid consultant (PFA RAPID), biologist, and instructor of modern mindfulness meditation practices.
20% of the fee from each session is donated to a fund supporting Ukrainian refugees.
P.S. The support group helps with self-regulation, socialization, communication skills development, and psychological education. However, it’s important to remember that this is a training group, not a therapy group. If you need psychotherapy, please take care of yourself and, if possible, seek an individual consultation with a qualified specialist.
