Michael Müller-Castellani has been a soloist with the Kiel Opera Theatre for 17 years. His repertoire includes numerous leading German-speaking tenor roles — from Tamino and Don Ottavio to Max, Florestan, and Paul. His debut as Tannhäuser in Wagner’s opera is scheduled for 2026. As a guest soloist, he has performed in many opera houses and concert halls across Germany and Europe. He is also well-versed in contemporary repertoire, having sung leading roles in world premieres by Jüri Reinvere, Cristóbal Halffter, and Marco Tutino. He studied at the Saar University of Music in Saarbrücken (Tbilisi’s partner city) and at the Eastman School of Music in New York.
Stefan Bonné, a German conductor and pianist, currently serves as Kapellmeister at the Kiel Opera Theatre. In recent years, he has successfully conducted productions such as Verdi’s “Don Carlo”, “Falstaff”, and “Otello”, as well as Prokofiev’s “The Love for Three Oranges” and Puccini’s “La Bohème.” Since 2022, he has been the principal conductor and artistic director of the Chamber Orchestra of the Greater Region, a pan-European symphonic chamber ensemble based in Saarbrücken — Tbilisi’s partner city.
His work focuses on fostering regional and international cultural cooperation. Trained in piano and conducting in Freiburg and Saarbrücken, Stefan Bonné is also an accomplished performer of chamber music and lieder.
