On Wednesday, July 16 at 19:30, you're invited to Lumos for a breathwork session led by Tina Kukhianidze, a self-awareness process facilitator.
Tina works both with teams in organizations and individually, primarily using somatic and meditative techniques, as well as systemic constellations.
Regardless of how the session unfolds, the aim of self-exploration is to take one more — even an “imaginary” — step closer to oneself.
Participation fee for the breathwork session: 70 GEL
Chakra Loop Breathing is an active breathing practice focused on the body’s energy centers. The process is dynamic, and the breath is intense — often leading to a cathartic experience.
Through active inhalation and exhalation, movement, and focused attention on different centers, loops are created between the chakras, helping to release tension and clear what has long been stored — but is no longer needed.
After the breathwork session:
energy flows more freely through the centers
the body feels lighter
daily life feels more vibrant and alive
The session is open to everyone. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and it's best to avoid eating shortly before the practice.
