Batumi Museum of Religion
The history of the Museum of Religion began in 2004, when the museum only had a minimal number of exhibits, including photographs that provided information about various religions.
From 2023, after completion of the renovation work, the museum will offer its visitors an updated exhibition.
The port city and Black Sea resort of Batumi is the capital of the Georgian Republic of Adjara. The Batumi Boulevard runs along the seafront, a park, and a beach. The 130-meter-high Alphabet Tower, featuring inscriptions in the Georgian script, houses an observation deck with stunning sea views. In the Old Town, you can see many reconstructed 19th-century buildings. In the northern part of Batumi lies the botanical garden, home to plants from around the world.
