Bassiani Night

A longtime resident of Distillery Leipzig, music collector and label owner Vincent Neumann, a psychotherapist by day and DJ by night, returns to Bassiani on January 16th. Known for the depth of his musical knowledge and for an energetic, fast, at times even relentless approach, particularly in his consistently brilliant closing sets and his long, patient, vinyl-oriented mixing. He’s playing alongside Bekuchi and the enigmatic Portuguese duo Vil & Cravo, members of the Hayes Collective and founders of Carícia, a new imprint carrying the spirit of the late ’90s and early techno era. Horoom brings together Boya, Tomma, and Resom, an artist, activist, and key member of Leipzig’s underground movements and anti-fascist groups, and a strong proponent of DIY ethics and inclusivity. Together with Tresor’s Mareena, she is the co-creator of the experimental ambient project M2N2. Behind the decks, Resom delivers an eclectic, shape-shifting mix of techno, house, breakbeat, disco, Detroit influences, and German punk.
