This is a path that does not demand perfection.
It leads to self-awareness — to being present “here and now.”
Sometimes, it’s enough to pause…
listen to your breath…
and feel that you are alive.
Not to remain stuck in the past — in pain and attachments,
nor to wait for the future to magically change everything.
