Ars Sonorum Student Orchestra Tour in Mestia

The Ars Sonorum Student Orchestra, operating under Tbilisi's 4th School of Arts, is celebrating its third year since its founding. The school itself marked its 100th anniversary just a few years ago.

🌟 The orchestra brings together talented young musicians and actively contributes to Georgia's cultural life.

🏛️ Among nearly thirty art schools in Tbilisi, the 4th School of Arts is the only institution with a permanent orchestra, making it a unique and important center for music education.

🕯️ To mark the orchestra's third anniversary, a regional concert tour has been launched. Following the passing of His Holiness Ilia II, all performances of the tour are dedicated to his memory. Each concert begins with the Patriarch's hymn "Kyrie Eleison."

🏔️🎻 As part of the anniversary tour, the orchestra will visit Svaneti in July and perform in Mestia with an expanded ensemble and a specially prepared concert program.

🏆 This year, for the second consecutive time, the orchestra was honored to open the annual Shalva DavitashviliCompetition-Festival held in Telavi.
