The series of workshops teaching ancient Japanese holistic massage techniques continues at Lumos, guided by Tama, an Eastern, manual, and holistic therapist. This time, it's Ampuku's turn.
On Monday, July 13th, at 19:00, a three-hour Ampuku massage workshop awaits you. During this session, you will have the opportunity to easily learn this ancient and unique technique at an amateur level and, most importantly, use it independently to help your loved ones release stress and relax.
What is Ampuku?
It is an ancient Japanese holistic massage technique that works on the deep abdominal area and is performed through gentle, purposeful pressure and rhythmic touch. This massage technique is unique because it releases accumulated stress and emotions in the abdominal area, known as "Hara," bringing a sense of lightness, grounding, and inner harmony.
Why is Ampuku massage beneficial?
Ampuku reduces physical tension, improves organ vitality, restores emotional balance, stimulates digestion, and calms the nervous system.
