AgileXchange Georgia 2026: Hands-On Agile

We’re back with a mission to strengthen Georgia’s place on the global Agile map and empower the local Agile community!

This time, we invite you to the fifth edition of AgileXchange. Back in 2023, our very first event was planned in just two sprints, and in 2024, our international Agile Summit welcomed more than 400 participants.

This year’s theme is Hands-On Agile. For the first time, AgileXchange will be a full-day event with a strong focus on practice: two waves of workshops will run across 6 parallel rooms, led by international trainers. The program will also feature an opening keynote, talks on the main stage, and a discussion with Georgian leaders.

• Apeksha Patel — India’s first female Certified Scrum Trainer and first Accredited Kanban Trainer, and a member of the Agile Alliance Board of Directors;
• Nino Gorgadze — Project Management and Digital Transformation Expert (PMP®, PMI-ACP®) with more than 20 years of experience in project and portfolio management;
• Vato Dolidze — Organizational Designer, presenting “Agile Beyond Tech”;
• Levan Khomeriki — CEO of Tbilisi Medic. Tbilisi Medic is the first company in Georgia’s healthcare sector to transition to Agile ways of working;
• Tornike Chkhaidze — Managing Partner at Niadagi.
