We are honored to welcome Arsen Berkun, a gastro-chef from Ukraine with 30 years of experience, dozens of original menus, and thousands of delighted guests.
His dishes have been served in top restaurants in Kyiv and Dnipro — and now, in Tbilisi.
Arsen has passed on his recipes and culinary philosophy to our Сhef, Ia Chkonia, who now cooks with the warm Georgian soul and deep love for Ukraine.
