The classes will be led by yoga teacher Karina Kodak — an instructor with 10 years of experience.
Her approach is gentle and mindful of the spine and joints, yet effective.
One of the key features of her method is that you don’t feel exhausted during the practice — thanks to a thoughtful mix of strength and meditative exercises — but afterwards, you feel strong, energized, and mentally clear.
