The field of activity of Iago Winery is organic viticulture-winemaking. The company was the first in Georgia to receive the first organic certificate in Georgia in 2005. At this stage, the winery produces 5,000 bottles of white dry Kvevri natural wine per year. At this stage, 100% of the wine produced in the cellar is exported. The vineyard is planted in the village of Mtskhet district. The company produces wine from one of the best Georgian grape varieties in "Chinese" old traditional way.
