Youth Beach Volleyball Championship Comes to Batumi

From 2 to 7 August, Batumi Beach Stadium will host the Open Adjara Beach Volleyball Championship – "Black Sea Stars."

The tournament will bring together young athletes from Batumi, Kobuleti, Kutaisi, Gori, Bolnisi, Dmanisi, Chiatura, Samegrelo, and Turkey.

The competition will be held in two age categories:

Born in 2009–2010;
Born in 2012–2013.

Come and enjoy exciting matches, support the next generation of beach volleyball players, and be part of this vibrant summer sporting event!

Location

Batumi

The port city and Black Sea resort of Batumi is the capital of the Georgian Republic of Adjara. The Batumi Boulevard runs along the seafront, a park, and a beach. The 130-meter-high Alphabet Tower, featuring inscriptions in the Georgian script, houses an observation deck with stunning sea views. In the Old Town, you can see many reconstructed 19th-century buildings. In the northern part of Batumi lies the botanical garden, home to plants from around the world.
