Program of the trip:

• Merisi Waterfall (an abandoned, rarely visited waterfall)

• Unusual monument at the Keda border (a memorial to the fallen defenders of Georgia)

• Trout farm (where you can buy fresh fish — from trout to sturgeon)

• A small chamber church on the Adjaristskali River

• Persimmon picking on a local family farm (to take home for yourselves)

• Homemade recipes — a masterclass on preparing a ripe delicacy: we’ll cook persimmon jam)

• Traditional Georgian feast
