Every Saturday, as a tradition, we create a space for those who want to be heard and understood — a place where you can find support and share your thoughts. Sometimes it is important simply to say out loud what is troubling you, to find a sense of grounding in an atmosphere of trust, and to understand yourself better through recognizing the experiences and feelings of others.
Join this meeting to remind yourself that you are not alone. Together, we learn to cope with stress and share both joyful and difficult news in a warm, supportive circle.
If you feel that this could be helpful for you, feel free to write to us. We will explain everything in more detail, and you can decide whether you are ready to join.
Small but important details:
Duration: 3 hours
Format: a small group of accepting participants
Participation: by prior registration (limited number of places)
The group is facilitated by psychologist Ekaterina Polyakova, who works within the humanistic and Gestalt approaches.
