Description

An Exclusive Georgian-Basque Culinary Experience

August 26–27 | G SNAIL Vake

For two nights only, G SNAIL brings together two distinctive culinary worlds for a unique dining experience created exclusively for this event.

Award-winning Basque chef Guillermo Fernández Suárez will join G SNAIL chef Manuel Fernández Baranda for a special gastronomic collaboration between Georgia and the Basque Country.

Together with the distinguished G SNAIL culinary team, led by Chef Levan Ghirsiashvili, they will present a 10-course tasting menu where Georgian ingredients and traditions meet the bold flavors, techniques, and culinary heritage of Basque cuisine.

Expect a journey through artisanal cheeses, fish, seafood, carefully selected meats, and, of course, G SNAIL’s signature snails. Each dish has been specially created to surprise you and reveal new connections between two cultures that share a deep appreciation for exceptional ingredients, craftsmanship, and the tradition of hospitality.

And the experience goes beyond the food. Live music throughout the evening will create an elegant and festive atmosphere, turning the dinner into a true celebration of food, culture, and music.

Two cultures. One table. Ten courses. Two nights only.

A rare culinary experience to taste once and remember for a long time.

Limited seating available.

Private Table: if you purchase this ticket type, please call 500-33-33-88 to reserve your seats at the table.

Private tables can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Location

Tbilisi
Tbilisi is the capital and the largest city of Georgia, lying on the banks of the Kura River with a population of around 1.2 million people. Tbilisi was founded in the fifth century AD by Vakhtang I of Iberia, and since then has served as the capital of various Georgian kingdoms and republics. Because of its location at the crossroads between Europe and Asia, and its proximity to the lucrative Silk Road, throughout history, Tbilisi has been a point of contention among various global powers. To this day, the city's location ensures its position as an important transit route for energy and trade projects. Tbilisi's history is reflected in its architecture, which is a mix of medieval, neoclassical, Beaux Arts, Art Nouveau, Stalinist, and Modern structures. Historically, Tbilisi has been home to people of multiple cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, though its population is overwhelmingly Eastern Orthodox Christian.
