After a yacht crash, a couple of supermodels, along with several billionaires and the ship's captain, find themselves on a deserted island. The previous hierarchy within the group shatters, as only the cleaner knows how to fish.

According to Ostlund himself, his film is a "wild" satire on the world of fashion and the super-rich, based on the concept of "beauty as currency." The title refers to a term used by plastic surgeons to denote the worrisome wrinkle that forms between the eyebrows, which can be eliminated with Botox in 15 minutes.
