We invite you to join a rare and exclusive tour of one of the most hidden corners of the Tbilisi Botanical Garden — the medicinal plant section, which is normally closed to the public.
For us, the gate will be opened by senior agronomist Nikolai Elashvili and botanist Dato Morchelidze.
This area hosts around 550 species of medicinal plants, most of which grow wild in Georgia. Some are even endemic — found only in this region.
During the tour, you will:
get to know some of the currently flowering medicinal species,
learn how to identify them,
and discover how they are (or were) used in medicine.
A special experience for anyone interested in nature, botany, or traditional healing practices.
Don’t miss this rare opportunity to explore a part of the garden normally reserved for experts.
