Description

On September 27, at 19:30, as part of the Tbilisi International Festival of Literature, a meeting will be held at the Museum of Fine Arts with Rodolfo Hasler (Spain) and Norbert Hummelt (Germany) on modern Georgian poetry through the eyes of foreign translators. Presentation by: Ela Gochiashvili, Rusudan Kaishauri, Dato Barbakadze, Lela Samniashvili, Nato Ingorokva, Giorgi Lobzhanidze, Paata Shamguia, Lela Tsutskiridze, Irakli Kakabadze. The private collection of the family of its founders, Gia Jokhtaberidze and Manana Shevardnadze, is exhibited in the Georgian Museum of Fine Arts, which was opened on October 2, 2018. From 1945 to the present day, about 3,500 works of about 80 artists are presented in the museum.
